•   Provide you with a link to the video and support.

All for the cost of $175.00 each video tour. One time setup fee of $75.00.

Video Home Tour - we provide you with the following...

•   Professionally edit the video as well as add music, voice-over and graphics.

•   Provide a personalized html page http://www.virtualhomes4u.com/melfosterco_nancymcelhiney.html with your name, phone number, contact information and your video tours. No extra charge! We had over 7000 visitors last month.
•   Install direct links to your other listings and email prominently displayed on the video viewer page.
•   Shoot a FREE 15-30 second introduction video of you, the agent, and run it before the home tours begin.
• (Professional voice over written and recorded at no extra charge.)
•   Stream and host the video and video viewer for as long as the listing is active at no extra charge.
•   Post your tour directly to REALTOR.com for you at no extra charge. This can only be done by a reator.com provider which we are.
•   Provide you with support on installing the video tour link to your web site and any other site.
•   All of the above is provided for the price of $250.00 per tour.

The videos are online within 4 days of the shoot and many times sooner. Customer service is our strong point.
